How long does it take to make my order?
Every piece is handmade and personalized to order. Most orders are made within 2–5 business days, then shipped with tracking.
How long does shipping take?
Once your piece is ready, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is free on orders over $75.
How do I add my personalization?
Choose your options on the product page, then fill in the Personalization section. It only asks for what that piece needs, such as names, letters or birth months. Please double-check your spelling; we engrave exactly what you type.
Can I add a symbol?
Yes, on pieces that show the symbol chart in the photos. Type the symbol in the same box as your text, written as symbol # 35 (for example, "Leslie symbol # 35"), so we know you mean the symbol and not the number 35.
Can you make a symbol or design that isn't on the chart?
Yes. Describe it in the personalization box or attach a photo under Reference Photo, or email us your design and we'll tell you how we can make it.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. You can add gift wrapping ($5) or a keepsake gift box ($10) on the product page, and we can engrave your gift message on the box.
Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Because each piece is made just for you, personalized items are final sale. If anything arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll fix or remake it. See Returns & Exchanges.
