Every Artizian piece is engraved and made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
If something isn't right
If your piece arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake with your engraving or options, we'll fix or remake it at no cost to you. Just contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Before you order
