Frequently asked questions
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the wrist snugly and add 0.5 inch for a comfortable fit. Our wrist sizing guide is in the product photos.
How many characters fit on a bead?
Round beads hold up to 15 characters each, including spaces. Need more? Add another bead.
Can I add more beads later?
Yes. Our engraved add-on beads (8mm hole) slide onto this bracelet, so you can add a new name or date for a birthday or anniversary.
What's the difference between the bead finishes?
Silver and Gold Blend beads are hypoallergenic metal mixes containing sterling silver, at a lower price. 925 Solid Silver beads are solid sterling silver, and 925 Silver, Gold Plated beads are sterling silver plated in gold. Black Steel gives a bold, dark look.
Can I order it without beads?
Yes, choose "No Beads" for a clean leather bracelet with the magnetic clasp.
Where do you ship, and will I pay customs fees?
We ship from Canada and the US with tracking. Import fees are already included in our prices, so there are no surprise charges at delivery.

I originally started out with a one star review, I had a problem with the sizing but they took care of it by sending new bracelets.
They are nice but be mindful when asking for the size.

I bought a bracelet for my husband & it came in the wrong size. I contacted them and he asked me to pay for shipping and they would send me a new one. I asked why I should pay for shipping when they made the bracelet in the wrong size. It took a bit but they remade them and corrected their error. He was apologetic.
