Too bad! Nice quality, poor customer service. I re-ordered a bracelet for myself after the seller sent me a bracelet where one magnetic end fell off the 1st time I went to put it on & my husband had to glue it. Than, noticed one of the beads was incorrectly dated. Knew we had to destroy the original bracelet to replace with correct bead, ordered a double braided thinner on & ended up receiving the original type bracelet I ordered. Buyer BEWARE!

The bead on the band looked stained and the band was thin. I purchase one before and it didn't look like that. I couldn't remember who I purchase it from. Very disappointed.

The silver had already tarnished and the bracelet pulled out of the attachments.

The metal area where the bracelet connects fell off. Easy to fix with a bit of glue inserted into the metal tube and then pushing the leather bracelet back into the bracket. Beautiful bracelet tho, my husband loves it!

We got this bracelet for my father. It arrived yesterday and he got to open for father's day today! He liked the bracelet but then when he realized it had my two brothers and my name on it aswell as my daughters he really loved it!! We will definitely be buying more in the future!

The bracelet looks great, my husband has received many compliments on it! The magnetic clasp has broken a few times but the seller is going to send me a new band which will hopefully be better.

This is very nice and stylish bracelet. Good quality and shipping was quick. It makes excellent gift for many occasions. I've added some hoops to the clasp for easier closing and better sizing.

I ordered 3 of these as gifts for my siblings’ birthday. Two of them were perfect, but unfortunately one of them was too big (my fault) and broke within a day. However, when I contacted the seller they were very helpful and only made me pay for shipping for a replacement! So far we’ve been wearing the bracelets for 2 weeks and they’ve been great!

I ordered a bracelet with two custom links with my children's names. The names printed well and the leather strap was great quality. However, the links were discolored and looked very low quality. I contacted the seller through their Gmail as the shop policy recommends and never heard back. I ended up spending my own time/money to get the links cleaned and got it to a reasonable point. Considering other shops make bracelets like these, I'd recommend trying another seller first.
